Simple, fair management pricing
Our fully managed STR service is charged at 15% of booking income after platform and payment processing fees have been deducted.
Cleaning, linen hire, service wash fees, maintenance, consumables and other owner costs are charged separately and do not reduce the amount on which the management fee is calculated.
