How do I book?

Book directly through our website for the best available rates and a smooth booking experience.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimum stay requirements can vary by season and booking dates.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm, giving us time to ensure your chalet is clean, prepared and ready for your arrival.  Check-out is by 10:00am on departure day.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

We understand flexibility can make travelling easier. Early check-in or later departure may sometimes be possible, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee this in advance as it depends on guest arrivals and departures around your stay.

We’re happy to advise on the day of arrival or the day before departure, when we have a clearer picture of availability.

Is payment secure?

All bookings made through Norfolk Seaside Escapes are handled securely.

Can I contact you before booking?

Absolutely — we’re always happy to answer questions.

Are bed linens provided?

Yes — bed linen is provided for your stay.

Are towels included?

Yes — each chalet is thoughtfully equipped with towels for guest comfort, including:

Along with provided bed linen, this helps make packing lighter and your stay more convenient.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all chalets.

With speeds of 200Mbps+, it’s ideal for streaming, video calls, browsing and keeping the family entertained during your stay.

Is parking available?

Yes — free onsite parking is available close to the chalets, making unloading and getting settled nice and easy.

For additional peace of mind, CCTV operates across the site to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests.

Are your chalets dog friendly?

Selected chalets welcome dogs, making Norfolk Seaside Escapes ideal for coastal breaks with your four-legged companion.

Holiday Park FAQs

Do guests have access to California Sands facilities?

Guests can enjoy access to park facilities, including swimming and leisure amenities (subject to seasonal availability / park terms).

Is there an indoor swimming pool?

Yes — guests staying with Norfolk Seaside Escapes receive a key fob for complimentary access to the indoor heated swimming pool.

This allows up to six guests per day to enter free of charge, making it ideal for families and group stays.

Do I need to book the swimming pool?

No — pool sessions do not need to be booked in advance.

Guests can use their complimentary access fob during the designated swimming times.

Swimming times may vary throughout the year, so we recommend checking the latest timetable with pool reception when you arrive.

Is there a gym?

Yes — your guest access fob also includes complimentary use of the onsite gym.

Please note that gym access is available for guests aged 18 and over.

Is there evening entertainment?

Seasonal entertainment and family activities are available onsite.

Is there food and drink onsite?

Yes — guests can enjoy convenient onsite dining and refreshments.
