Set a short walk to the beach is my two-bedroom self-contained chalet at California Sands Holiday Park. Guests have free use of the heated in-door pool.
You'll also find a mini-supermarket, Fish & Chip shop, bars, evening entertainment including live performances, bingo, an amusement arcade, mini-golf, and more.
Free WiFi, bed linen, towels, and Taylor of London toiletries are provided.
The chalet is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, and is set on a holiday park with an in-door swimming pool* (free to my guests), crazy golf, amusements arcade cafe, fish & chip shop, supermarket, bars (with live entertainment)
The chalet is well equipped with Wifi and Free-Sat TV, a patio area that is perfect for an evening drink as the sun sets directly in front of you. I provide free Taylor of London toiletries (shampoo, body wash and hand wash), bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests are able to use my fob to enjoy free swimming pool entry once per day for up to 4 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: if the fob is lost, a replacement fee of £15 will be charged.
* Swimming pool is open all year round
Guest are able to make use of the entire property and holiday park facilities, which includes a heated indoor pool (free entry with this chalet), on-site arcade, bar with a live entertainment program that caters to all ages, and it’s within a 5 minute walk to California Beach.
I’m available over the phone most of the time, but I don’t live locally, however I am in Scratby most weekends at my second home (which is 5 minutes from this property)

It’s also a short drive to Horsey, where you can usually see the famous grey seals, the last count was over 3,000 seals, and over 2,000 pups. Or head to the Pleasure Beach at Great Yarmouth, all within a short drive (15 minutes).
There’s loads to do locally, including Yarmouth Stadium (for banger racing and dog track), horse racing and golf can be founds at the racecourse at Great Yarmouth and the Broads National Park also a short drive away.
The most stunning dog friendly California Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, where you can stroll for miles and miles (I’ve walked for 5+ miles along the beach and it never seems to end). When the sun is shining, and your toes are brushing the soft golden sands, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in the Caribbean.
There are bus links to nearby towns and villages, including the open top clipper bus to Great Yarmouth.

Location
For your sat-nav, use the postcode NR29 3QL. When you arrive at California Sands, follow the signage to Chalet 64. Once you arrive at the car park where 64 is located, you will see two detached Chalet (55 brown chalet on the left, and a white chalet to the right) if you look between them you will see 64, almost directly in front of you. It's middle of the car park at the end as you enter.
